Actions may include removal or modification of content, suspension of listings, or other corrective measures as deemed appropriate.
6. Counter-Notification
If content is removed due to an intellectual property claim and the affected party believes the claim was submitted in error, they may submit a counter-notification.
A counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the removed content
- A statement explaining why the content does not infringe intellectual property rights
- Supporting evidence or authorization, if applicable
- Contact information and a statement made in good faith
Minigiving reserves the right to evaluate counter-notifications on a case-by-case basis.
7. False or Abusive Claims
Submitting false, misleading, or abusive intellectual property claims may result in:
- Rejection of the claim
- Account restrictions or suspension
- Legal action where appropriate
Minigiving reserves the right to protect itself and its partners from misuse of this policy.
8. Limitation of Responsibility
